LawForm is Opening a SEIS Round
LawForm is raising a seed-stage SEIS round to harden the product and expand early deployments across UK law firms.
Why now
Legal work is still executed through fragmented tooling: email chains, multiple document versions, manual precedent handling and disconnected matter records. This creates avoidable rework, inconsistency and operational exposure. Generic AI has not solved execution. One-shot drafting rarely reflects firm precedent logic, style requirements or the structured inputs needed for reliable outputs, increasing review burden and pushing risk back onto fee earners. LawForm makes AI adoption practical by embedding it inside controlled workflows and governed templates.
What we have built
A modern execution platform for legal work: one operating layer unifying structured matter workflow, governed document generation and secure case memory, designed for consistent progression and audit-ready records.
Early validation
We are developing and testing LawForm with three London law firms running in-house deployments, providing continuous practitioner feedback. Early paid usage is in place.
Use of funds
Product hardening and template coverage, security and permissions, and repeatable onboarding to convert pilots into scaled rollouts.
The opportunity
AI will win in legal when it is governed, auditable and integrated into delivery. LawForm is being built to be that execution layer.
